Valley Legal Documents LLC is not a law firm.  We are not attorneys.  We cannot represent our customers in Court or advise them about their legal rights or the law.  We cannot engage in the practice of law.  Valley Legal Documents LLC can only provide self-help services at our customer’s specific direction.

Our prices include free consultation with our customers.  Our prices do not include Personal Service of Process Fees, Court Filing Fees, Recording Fees, Publishing Fees, or any other Fees or Taxes associated with, or arising from, our customer’s legal documents, except where specifically authorized in writing in a contract between Valley Legal Documents LLC and our customers.
